The full Yinglong curriculum includes: stances, footwork, blocks, strikes, kicks, forms, weapons and chin na. At each belt the student will add techniques to each of these categories, culminating with the full system demonstration at black sash.
The curriculum for each belt also contains training (and testing) for non-physical aspects of training and personal protection. Some of these include: meditation, breath control, the 5 rules of self defense, the 7 types of personal protection, situational awareness, basic rescue and first aid, physiology, kinetics, verbal de-escalation techniques, legal aspects of use-of-force in defense, and less-than-lethal weapon use.
Yinglong includes 6 levels of colored sashes and 4 levels of black sash. Learn more about what each color signifies.

Yinglong incorporates forms as one of the mainstays of training. Time is devoted to forms during every class.
Where history meets practicality. Yinglong offers training in 6 classical Chinese weapons.
Yinglong incorporates pressure testing (sparring at speed) into training and all testing. Pressure testing demonstrates how the training will assist you in a high stress situation.
