Yinglong School of Kung Fu offers various levels of training, including Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, and Expert. Learn more about the curriculum and rankings within each.
Yinglong incorporates pressure testing (sparring at speed) into training and all testing. Pressure testing demonstrates how the training will assist you in a high stress situation.
